Trimester Reading for 2017-2018 School Year 

Class of 2018:
​During the 2017-2018 school year, the eighth grade will be reading one book per trimester in the following order: The Mark of a Giant: 7 People Who Changed the World by Ted Steward, The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton, and To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Each student needs a copy. 
 
Students must bring a copy of  The Mark of a Giant: 7 People Who Changed the World by Ted Steward on the first day of the new school year. 

Class of 2019: 
During the 2017-2018 school year, the 7th grade will be reading three books in the following order: Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli, Night, by Elie Wiesel, and Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls.

Students should bring their copy of Stargirl on the first day of the new school year.


Class of 2020: 
During the 2017-2018 school year, the 6th grade students will be reading three books in the following order: Holes by Louis Sachar; A Long Walk to Water by Linda Sue Park, and The Bronze Bow by Elizabeth George Speare.

Students should bring their copy of Holes on the first day of the new school year.
